Our salon excels in expertly delivering precision CURLY HAIR CUTS
Curly cuts are personalised to meet each client’s specific preferences, determined through consultation. Liz has many years of experience in cutting all types of curly and wavy hair. The emphasis being on the health and condition of the hair and listening to exactly what the clients individual needs are. Liz encourages clients to bring reference photos for their desired cut.
Upon arriving at the studio, clients are advised to come with their hair washed and naturally dried, enabling assessment of the curl pattern.
The haircut may take place in it’s dry state, followed by a rejuvenating spa shampoo and indulgent deep conditioning treatment to restore the natural form and bounce of the curls, finishing with a gentle diffuse dry.

Always ensuring the correct bonding technology is used during and after the service. Liz encourages the application of intensive deep conditioning treatments between colour appointments.

Curly Hair Specialist
Please allow 1.5 —2.5 hours according to the length & volume of the hair.
Liz will asses the hair, giving a full consultation, before employing a distinctive dry-cutting technique for curly hair, followed by cleansing and hydrating the curls at the backwash. The hair will then be dried using the correct product for the curl type.

*Medium to Thick Curly Hair – £139.00 2hrs
Most hair types of varying lengths, short or long, fine, medium or thick texture, can be of significant volume, takes a long time to dry, uses a lot of product, hard to tame, or possibly prone to frizz.

All prices include a ‘Green Fee’ to cover studio waste to be recycled, including hair, all metals & foil.

Please give a full 72 hours notice of a cancellation, prior to your appointment, to give me the best chance of filling the space. You will receive a text message reminder at this point.
Eg. If your appointment is at 9.30am you will need to contact me before 9.30am three days prior.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the original booking.
If no notice is given and the appointment is missed, a charge of 100% of the original booking will apply.
I kindly ask for your understanding that missed appointments or late cancellations significantly impact a small business, as the loss of income can be substantial.

Seeing your curls in their natural, freshly washed and dried state allows me to assess true texture, density and movement.
Liz Bower Hair Design reserves the right to withdraw from a booking, should they feel the partnership with a client is not suited in any way.
